John Rearden
Staff Attorney
John Rearden is a staff attorney in the Boston office of Berman Tabacco. He is part of the firm’s discovery team focusing on complex class actions including securities, antitrust, RICO and ERISA matters. Earlier in his career, John was an associate attorney in Southern Florida where he represented clients in the state, federal, and bankruptcy courts, as well as before the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
Experience
- Prior to joining the firm, John conducted electronic discovery services for numerous law firms in the Boston area on matters involving SEC and DOJ compliance investigations, internal corporate investigations for stock manipulation and accounting irregularities, False Claims Act and Anti-Kickback investigations of the pharmaceutical industry for off-label marketing, and Medicare and Medicaid fraud and patent disputes.
