Berman DeValerio is pleased to announce that Sarah Khorasanee McGrath has been confirmed as the Vice President for San Francisco for the Federal Bar Association, Northern District of California. The mission of the Federal Bar Association (“FBA”) is to strengthen the federal legal system and administration of justice by serving the interests and the needs of the federal practitioner, both public and private, the federal judiciary and the public they serve.
Ms. McGrath, resident in the San Francisco office, focuses her practice on antitrust litigation. She has been involved in the successful resolution of In re Optical Disk Drive Litigation. She has also assisted with securities cases including In re General Electric Co. Securities Litigation and In re Bear Stearns Companies, Inc. Securities, Derivative, and ERISA Litigation.
Currently, Ms. McGrath is working on In re: Lithium Ion Batteries, Automotive Antitrust Cases I and II, and Laydon v. Mizuho Bank Ltd. et al.
Prior to joining Berman DeValerio in 2010, Ms. McGrath worked for the Department of Justice, Antitrust Division, where she focused on criminal antitrust enforcement against international cartels.
