Todd A. Seaver, a partner in Berman Tabacco’s San Francisco office, has been appointed to the American Antitrust Institute’s (AAI) Advisory Board.  According to AAI, its volunteer Advisory Board consists of outstanding experts in the fields of antitrust law, economics, and business in the United States and abroad.

“I am honored to be selected to a seat on the AAI Advisory Board” said Seaver.  “The AAI is respected for its vital role in promoting the enforcement and thoughtful development of antitrust law, and I am grateful to join in that mission alongside the AAI’s Board, professional staff, and Advisory Board colleagues.”

According to AAI, “[t]he American Antitrust Institute, founded in 1998, is an independent, nonprofit organization devoted to promoting competition that protects consumers, businesses, and society.  It serves the public through research, education, and advocacy on the benefits of competition and the use of antitrust enforcement as a vital component of national and international competition policy.  It was the first public interest research, education, and advocacy organization to provide a counterpoint to conservative influence in antitrust enforcement and competition policy.”
