Berman Tabacco Investigates Fallon Ambulance Service Data Breach
The Boston office of Berman Tabacco, a national law firm dedicated to protecting the rights of consumers and investors, is currently investigating a wide-spread data breach at now-defunct Fallon Ambulance Service (“Fallon”). The data breach affected individuals who had previously received services from Fallon, the Massachusetts medical transportation arm of Transformative Healthcare. Recently, Transformative Healthcare announced that over 911,000 individuals had their personal identifiable information compromised, including names, addresses, Social Security numbers, medical information including COVID-19 testing/ vaccination information, and information provided to Fallon in connection with employment or application for employment.
